Your email notification settings are found in your profile settings when logged into your account.
To navigate to your profile settings, you'll first want to log into your TicketTote account. Once logged in, you'll want to click on the profile photo at the top right (desktop) OR tapping on the menu option next to the notification bell at the bottom of your screen (on mobile).
After selecting one of those options, you'll then want to click or tap on Profile. On the page that loads, you'll want to scroll down until you see Email Preferences. You can deselect the boxes, and the settings will automatically be saved.
Email preferences are the same for Buyer and Planner accounts.
