Nope! You do not need an account to buy tickets. When you purchase as a guest, our system automatically makes an account for you.
To view and use your tickets, you'll just log into your account and grab the tickets out of your Tote located next to your Notification Bell. We create an account for you so that tickets are used securely and to avoid scalping of tickets.
To access your new ticket account, you'll receive a temporary password to the email you used for purchasing your tickets. Once logged in, you can go ahead and change your password.
If you don't see your temporary password in your email, you'll want to double check your spam/junk folder. If you are still unable to locate the email, reach out to Ticket Support and we'll be able to reset your password.
